BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – As the Samford baseball team will wrap up its fall season with a game against in-state rival Troy on Nov. 9, at Rickwood Field.
 
The game will begin at 11 a.m. and fans can buy tickets at the following link: PURCHASE TICKETS.
 
"We are excited for the opportunity to take on a very good Troy team at Rickwood for a long afternoon of college baseball," Samford head coach Tony David said. "It is a great way for us to finish a long fall season to follow up on our game with LSU the week before, with a week of practice in between before taking on Troy in this neutral sight game. By rule, we are only allowed two opportunities to play other colleges. It is a great opportunity to get our new guys on the field against outside competition after playing each other over and over and over again as we continue to mesh those guys with all of our returners on game day. Looking forward to a big crowd on hand at a baseball stadium with such an incredible history. Our program as a whole is looking forward to competing there."
 
The game is the second and final fall game for Samford as the Bulldogs will take on LSU in Biloxi, Miss., on Nov. 2.
