Terri Sisk on Jamie Aid . . . nice all-around game . . . hits deep from both forehand and backhand . . . moves very well on the court. Jamie brings a good knowledge of the game to Samford, having served as an instructor at Geoff MacDonald's (Vanderbilt University head women's tennis coach) summer camp, and as an instructor for the Nike Summer Tennis Program. 2002 (Freshman): played for the Belmont Bruins, but was hampered by a shoulder injury for much of the season ... served as a Fellowship of Christian Athletes alumni relations ambassador for Belmont. High School: played varsity tennis from eighth grade until graduation at Brentwood Academy ... lettered five years and played in the state tournament ... became an active member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes ... an honor roll student, she finished in the top 15 USTA State ranked players in 18's age group.
