Winter Hitting Clinic Flier 
Infield/Outfield/Catching Clinic Flier
WHAT:Hitting Clinic - Cost: $110
This is a one-day hitting clinic for female athletes. The clinic will focus on the fundamentals of hitting which include the correct hitting mechanics, drills, and game strategy. Instruction will be led by Samford University Head Coach Mandy Burford. Coach Burford is a former University of Alabama standout who helped lead Alabama to the Women's College World Series in both 2005 and 2006, as well as Regional and Super Regional appearances in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. She also helped Alabama win their first SEC Conference title in 2006. Coach Burford will be assisted by assistant coach, Ashley Holcombe Bell and members of the Bulldog softball team.

WHAT:Infield/Outfield/Catching Clinic - Cost: $80
This is a one-day clinic focusing on defense for female athletes. The clinic will focus on the fundamentals of defense which include the correct throwing mechanics, drills, position work, and game strategy. Athletes will be separated into three groups: infielders, outfielders, and catchers. Athletes will not be able to switch back and forth between groups. Instruction will be led by Samford University Head Coach Mandy Burford and Assistant Coach Ashley Holcombe Bell. Coach Burford and Holcombe Bell are both former University of Alabama standouts who helped lead Alabama to the Women's College World Series in 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009. Both also helped Alabama win their first SEC Conference title in 2006. Coach Holcombe Bell is also a current member of Team USA and recently won the gold medal at the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.
