2006-07 OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2007-08 (Red-shirt Freshman): Indoor: Earned first place in the 3000-meters at the Southern Illinois McDonald's Invitational (Feb. 8-9) with a season-best time of 10:22.04...took fourth in the 5000-meters (18.20.03) at the OVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-March 1). Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 5000-meters (18:19.62) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

2006-07 (Freshman): Red-shirted.

High School: Two-time state champions individually in cross country...won the state championship as a junior in the 2 mile in track...was a part of the state championship team her senior year...named MVP three years and Freshman on the Year her first year in high school...also played basketball and varsity volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Mona Ables...major is undeclared...born November 1, 1987.
