BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Samford football team will play at Auburn during the 2014 season, it was announced when Auburn released its full schedule on Wednesday.
The game will take place on Nov. 22, 2014, at Auburn's Jordan-Hare Stadium. It will mark the second time in four seasons that Samford has played at Auburn, as the Bulldogs took on the Tigers during the 2011 season as well.
The contest, which will be the 28th all-time meeting between the two programs, will mark the fourth-straight season Samford has taken on a Southeastern Conference opponent. Following the Auburn game in 2011, Samford played at Kentucky in 2012, and the Bulldogs will take on Arkansas in Little Rock, on Sept. 7, of this season.
Samford will release its entire 2014 schedule at a later date.
